I took photo of lice placing digital camera on eye piece of microscope. how can i determine the actual size?
actual i have taken the photographs of some species of ectoparasites keeping them under a dissecting microscope with the help of digital camera placing on the eye piece. now i have problem finding the actual size of the ectoparasites.
