Will I EVER thin out? I'm almost thirteen. PLEASE HELP?!?
try backwards eating, eat you heaviest meals for breakfast and by dinner eat something light because its not good to eat alot of food before you go to bed at night! for example today i ate a chicken sandwhich (i made sure i had no cheese and not to much sauce) when i woke up with a cup of orange juice, snack time i had a banana, lunch was a a small chicken salad with light dressing and a yogurt, and for dinner a small bowl of honey nut cheerios with half a cup of v8 fusion. if you're not used to eating a small bit of food than its going to other you for a while but eating small proportion gets easy after a while also you cannot spot lose weight so dont let anyone tell you JUST crunches will make it go away you have to do cardio. you can walk, run, do aerobics anything to get that heart rate up and pretty soon you'll see the difference! good luck and i hope this helped! :)
