Do you agree with the decision that the daughter of a lifelong smoker should get �13.8 million in damages?

Total BS, I smoked for 10 years, (I have now quit) and I knew the risks. The risks of smoking are well known and no one should be able to sue for something that everyone knows is bad for your health.
