Very worried! please help?

So I realized that on my counselor recommendation letter questionnaire (what we have to fill out so our counselor can know about us and write about in our rec letter) i accidentally wrote the wrong name of a global medical organization that i'm working for because my mom was talking about it the same day as i was filling it out. so now my counselor mentioned the wrong organization in my rec letter and i just wrote the right one when we had to list our extracurriculars...and i was going to make a note on my common app that it was a typo on the rec letter but i had to email my counselor first and see if she had even mentioned it in the letter and she didnt respond until today and i have already turned in my apps. now i'm really scared and i do not know what to do....are they going to cross check everything and think that i'm lying and maybe deny admission for that reason?
