The subject words in the sentences, such as, projects, activities, disabled, statement, qualifications etc. are vague and ambiguous. The ways in which they are used in the sentences don’t help the reader to understand the bottom line message. A place to start for clarifying the message is to begin with elaboration to the subject words. Don’t be evasive in the message. Don’t begin and end with the conclusion. Tell the story of the situation and what happened. Explain the facts and details then write the conclusion. I guess that’s all I can think of to suggest. Good luck.
