Whats that thing that gets rid of neck ?

it uses springs or something? your supposed to put your chin on it and you move your head up and down, and it sharpens up the area between your neck and chin and gets rid of double chins and all that... saw it on a commercial, but i cant remember what it was called, and no i don't need it, so don't gimme all that "your beautiful the way you are" crap, i just wanna know what its called... please?
