What is the best sound system that u can buy at under 10,000?

i am looking for sq as well as db no mtx amps or subs and no rockferd subs i am thinking of 2 jl w7 13.5s runnin on 3 1000/1 jl amps and some morrels for mid range but im wonderin if i can get the same or better sq and db for a less painfull price
