How many “evil” leaders, criminals or similar figures have actually described themselves as such?

The world of fiction - especially children’s - is full of clic baddies who totally admit the fact that they are bad. But in the real, adult, world, most sinister rulers, even Adolf Hitler, claim that right and goodness is on their side. But have there been many figures in history who have not tried to hide their badness, and actually celebrated it?
